Marketing & Admin Specialist (Longview TX)​

• Location: In Person at Longview TX HQ

 

• Full Time: $40,000/year salary

We produce 70+ running and trail events a year across multiple brands. We’re looking for someone to grow our marketing through Meta Ad campaign management, website management, creative creation while also handling day to day administrative tasks that help keep the company running such as customer service & fufilling orders.

Work Schedule

40-50 hours/week (M-F 8AM-5PM), able to attend some weekend events and travel on some weekends throughout the year. 

 

Requirements​

• Marketing Experience (School, Previous Work Experience, Etc.)

• Graphic design skills - proficient in Adobe Suite or similar design tools

• Website experience - comfortable making updates and edits in Wix or similar platforms

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail - nothing falls through the cracks on your watch

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with general administrative tasks including check writing, receipt management, and order processing

Ideal Candidate​

The ideal candidate is someone who has genuinely run Meta ad campaigns with real budget, can design their own event creatives without waiting on someone else, knows their way around a website editor, and has no problem switching from building an ad to writing a check or tracking down a merchandise shipment. They are organized, self-directed, and fast - the kind of person who sees what needs to happen and does it without being asked.
