MY STORY

Becoming a mom in 2024 changed the way I worked out. No longer could I go out for a run or to the gym whenever I chose. I had other priorities, and although I still wanted to prioritize my health, I realized that I had a new focus as a mother.
But becoming a mother doesn't mean we have to neglect our fitness goals. It just means we have to adjust how we accomplish them.
From October 2024 - now I've seen the ups and downs of training as a new mom. It's hard enough going through postpartum, but how do I train when I have a little one determining my schedule?
Great question. Flexibility, Creativity, and Grace are three keys I learned this year as a new mom. They have helped me when making training plans, planning my day, and finding time for even a 20-minute workout.
They will help you too! So what do you say? Are you ready to manage a life that blends fitness and family?!

EXPECTATIONS
You will need to download the app 'Strava'. That's how you will post/track all of your workouts. It's also how I'll see all of your progress.

If you get serious, a running or apple watch is great to track your runs. You can connect most watches to the 'Strava' app and it will upload workouts for you.

Running is a physically and mentally challenging sport. It takes time, effort, and dedication in order to see the best results. All I ask is that you trust in the process and give your all every day. Distance running is not a sprint it's a marathon and if you trust my training and get after it you can achieve all your dreams.
