FORGED 24 is a 24-hour endurance, strength, and survival challenge led by a SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape) specialist who trains high risk of isolation and capture personnel - jon fischer with phase one missions

Held on private land in Gilmer, TX, the event combines trail movement (3–4 miles every other hour), physical challenges like carries and climbs, team-building tasks, survival training (fire-building, navigation, etc.), and guided spiritual and leadership sessions. there is minimal sleep.

Each hour introduces a new task or movement phase, testing your mental grit, physical capacity, and ability to lead under pressure.

 

Participants are pushed to their limits across 24 hours of nonstop intensity — no spectators, no fluff, just you, the wilderness, and the mission.
