Running: I’ve consistently trained and raced in 5Ks-marathons. Over the years, I’ve built not only endurance but also a love for the mental and physical strength running provides.
Nutrition: Started in September of 2022 , I’ll be starting a program to receive a certification to be a certified nutrition coach. The goal is to help people fuel their bodies properly so they can feel and perform their best in everyday activities. I have also done a lot of self studying over the last few years that have given me a strong foundation in health, wellness, and meal planning.

MY STORY
​
I started my journey with health and my running in 2022 because I wanted to live a healthier life style. I struggled with my eating habits and due this my weight was constantly fluctuating and self image became an issue. I knew a way to solve this issue was by improving my diet and fitness. Both of these came easy to me and went hand in hand together.
Good diet = good performance and high energy.
Over time, I realized how much better I felt when I paired consistent training with the right nutrition. That’s where my passion comes from. I want others to experience that same transformation and see that living well doesn’t have to be complicated. Helping people build habits that stick and feel confident in their wellness journey is what drives me.

As a client, I expect you to:
•Come in with an open mind and a willingness to learn and try new things.
•Be consistent and honest with your training, nutrition tracking, and communication.
•Use the tools I recommend like MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, Strava, etc.] to help us stay on track.
•Most importantly, approach this journey with patience and commitment. Results come with time and effort, but I’ll be there every step of the way to guide and support you.
